Terms of Service

Tylon is operated by IJ Marketing LTDA, CNPJ 64.704.051/0001-87, at Rua Hibisco, 610, Paiquerê, Araranguá/SC, CEP 88911-074, Brazil. In these terms, "we" is that company and "you" is the person or organization using the service.

Tylon is a delivery board that performs Git operations on repositories you connect. When a card moves, we create branches, open and merge pull or merge requests, and cut tags on your GitHub or GitLab account, using the access you granted.

We act above your repository and never underneath it. If your repository or your provider refuses an operation, we stop and show you the refusal. We do not work around your branch protections, your required reviews or your merge settings.

You keep every right in your repositories and in everything written into them, including what an agent writes. We claim no ownership and no licence beyond what is needed to operate the service for you: reading a repository to show it on the board, writing to it when you ask, and holding a copy while an agent works.

If you stop using Tylon, nothing of yours leaves with us. Delete your organization and every branch, pull request, tag and release we made stays exactly where it is, in your repository.

An agent writes code using a language model, in a container with no network access, under the permissions you gave it. You choose the model and you supply the key, so the model provider bills you directly and their terms apply to that use.

We do not warrant code an agent produces. It is a proposal on a branch, for you to read and decide about, exactly like a proposal from a colleague. An agent cannot merge unless you grant it that capability. Reviewing what it wrote before it reaches your default branch is your responsibility, and the product is built to make that the only path.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the access tokens you grant us. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not use the service to break the law or somebody else's rights.

Do not use Tylon to store or process material you have no right to; to attack, overload or reverse the service; to escape the container an agent runs in; or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend an account that does, and we will say why.

Paid plans are charged per person in your organization, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Agents are members but are not billed as seats. Prices are exclusive of taxes that may apply where you are.

A subscription renews until you cancel it, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for a period already started, except where the law where you live requires it.

If a payment fails we do not lock you out. Your plan continues while the card is retried, and if it never succeeds the organization returns to the free plan — which limits what is new and removes nothing that already exists.

You may delete your account or your organization at any time, from inside the product, without asking us. We may end an agreement with notice, or immediately if the account is being used to cause harm.

What deletion does is described in the privacy notice, and it is not a euphemism.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law, including the Código de Defesa do Consumidor where it applies.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so before it takes effect, by email to the address on your account. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes belong to the courts of Araranguá, Santa Catarina.
